Celebrating the 100th anniversary of the International Lions organization and the 50th year of Fayetteville Lions
When:  Saturday, April  8th 2017 from 11am till 2PM .
Where:  On the Fayetteville Texas square
Mark your calendar today.
Part of the square will be roped off for Antique and Custom car  parking with overflow on the grass at the fire station
Bring that special favorite car, even if it is not antique or custom.
Let's see what you have! Prizes for Unique cars, Oldest. Etc
Picnic fare - Lions will be selling sausage on a stick (and other menu items), Kettle  Popcorn,
and old fashioned ice-Cream sundaes.
The feature of the day are the cars, food and the Picking Park music on the Square!

Fayetteville Picking Park
Saturday April 8
The Fayetteville Picking Park live acoustic bluegrass jam will meet on the square in Fayetteville.  Free to the public and participants.  Bring a lawn chair.  A slow jam will begin at 1:00 pm in the Old Fire Station led by Lou Lou Barbour.  Jams will take place all throughout the square during the day.  All levels of players welcome. Old Fire Station will close at 10:00 pm.  There will still be jamming in the gazebo and the square after 10:00 pm.  Jams are held on the second Saturday of each month, except December.

Join local artist Michael Clann as he shares shortcuts about basic drawing, painting, design and use of acrylic paints that will expedite your learning to paint.
Classes will be held on Mondays from 9:30 - 12 noon at the ARTS Classroom Building in Fayetteville, commencing Monday, April 10th.
Cost is $150 per student for six weeks of classes and all materials will be  provided.
