Artists Vault
Through August
The Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce is pleased to display in its Visitor's Center paintings of scenes from Fayetteville by local artist Mike Clann.  The painting, "Reflections," pictured below is one of these paintings. Please come by and visit.

The Visitors Room (which participates in the Artists Vault) is in the Old Bank Building at 123 North Washington, Fayetteville, TX.  Hours are Monday-Friday 10am-4pm

"Reflections" is a beautifully executed, thought provoking image.  The evidence of decay in the window frames combined with the collaged newspaper headlines ("Seniors Dare to Seek Mental Health" and "Jailed DA Has Big Shot's Disease") invite the viewer in a humorous way to reflect on the cultural evolution that is ongoing within our society.  The image is 26x18 and can be purchased for $825.  Contact Mike Clann at mclann@aol.com.
